Film Title: He Never Forgot

Log Line: Man with dementia, Richard, finally leaves the house after not being allowed; remembers the one thing he would wish to forget.

One paragraph description of the film: Richard, middle aged man with young-onset dementia, restricted from the outside for his entire life; Richard ventures out to the unknown, only to regret his unforgettable decision for the rest of his life.

Character Biographies:

  • Hero - 50 year old Richard, used to be a successful entrepreneur until he was diagnosed with young-onset dementia. He never remembers anything until the night he left.
  • Villain - Hooded figure in all black that only the Hero discovers its face.

Outline of the short: Hero repeats his day a few times in a montage then ventures outside to find himself lost and following someone far in front of him. They both turn a corner and the Hero loses the Villain. Being at a dead end he turns around to get a jump scare from the Villain. Hero appears back in his chair looking out the window, seeing the Villain walk past.
